YouCanMakeThis.com Personalized Name Pillow

The Personalized Name Pillow pattern ($7) from YouCanMakeThis.com is an easy but pretty craft that you can use for gifts or to accessorize your kid’s bedroom.  I started the pillow at 11AM and by 3PM and,  after a couple of breaks, I was done. Granted, I already had the fabric and most of the supplies on-hand (one of my breaks was to run out for more thread).

The directions were easy to follow if you’ve made a quilt before.  One of the key instructions (iron the letters onto the back of the fabric) was left out.  A novice would have found out the hard way that the letters were going to come out wrong.  Overall, it’s a very nice pillow design.
