Jamie and Louise Redknapp Welcome Second Son, Beau Henry

Update: Louise and Jamie have chosen the name Beau Henry Redknapp for their new arrival.

Originally posted November 11th: British model Louise Redknapp and footballer husband Jamie Redknapp have welcomed their second son, Jamie confirms. Baby boy #2 arrived on Monday November 10th at London’s Portland Hospital. Louise writes on her website,

"Our second little boy was born yesterday afternoon and we are all thrilled. He’s absolutely adorable. We’re still deciding on a name but we’ll let you know as soon we’ve picked one. Thank you for all your messages of support."

The couple announced the pregnancy in May, sharing the sex of the baby in July. The new arrival joins older sibling Charley William, 4, who was quite excited about his little brother’s birth!

Ahhh Congratulations Louise and Jamie. Such a down-to-Earth celebrity couple, I can’t wait to hear the name of the new baby. I’m sure he will be as gorgeous as his parents and big brother!

You know, I was never an Eternal fan (Louise’s old girl group) and was DEFINITELY not a Liverpool fan, but for some reason, I have always loved this couple! Congrats to the whole family, can’t wait to see the new little one who is sure to be as gorgeous as Charley.

The name is cute, though I don’t think it flows really well. In French, Beau means beautiful so his name means Beautiful Henry!!

Congrats! Hope that Charley was there like he so much wanted to!

I’m really surprised by this name actually, considering their reasons for choosing such a classic name for Charley (Charles). I’m not really a fan of the name, but I still can’t wait to see the baby!

I guess his middle name is after Jamie’s dad Henry ‘Harry’ Redknapp, they do seem like a very close family.
