Aloha Kingston! Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale‘s eldest son, Kingston James McGregor, 2, enjoyed some beach time with mom as the family vacationed in Hawaii this week. Though new baby Zuma Nesta Rock, 11 weeks, is receiving a lot of attention these days, Gwen made sure to spend some one-on-one time with Kingston, playing and cuddling before wrapping him in a towel for a break.

I was such an emotional mess after the birth of my second baby (with the first one as old as Kingston). I’m glad she’s giving him one-to-one time and also enjoying herself! Its also good she’s wearing those long dresses – otherwise the gossip-blogs would be all over her new curves with their scathing, insensitive, “she’s fat” remarks.

Sadaf, I just read your reply and am confused. By pointing out some would call her ‘fat’ you are being contradictory. She looks far from fat, and wouldn’t even if she weren’t wearing a dress. ???

I think what Sadaf is trying to say is that Gwen hasn’t lost all the baby weight yet. And we all know how Hollywood likes to have their females back to a normal weight within weeks of giving birth. Even in the “real” world there’s an insane amount of pressure to lost the baby weight really fast.
I love Gwen and think she looks amazing and Kingston and Zuma look so adorable and happy!

I pleased that Gwen has not shed off the post-pregnancy weight off, unlike some celebrities.

I reckon with the celebritries that go back to their pre pregnancy weight within a few weeks of giving birth are doing more harm than good.

BTW – that blue towel that Kingston has looks so soft and inviting.
