Oscar-winning actress Mira Sorvino made her way through Los Angeles’ LAX airport yesterday, cradling son Johnny Christopher King, 2 — and an armload of kids’ gear! Though she hasn’t appeared on the big screen in a while, expect to see her in a few fun TV and movie roles in 2009.
Johnny’s dad is Mira’s husband, actor Christopher Backus; the couple also have a daughter, Mattea Angel, 4.

He’s 2 already?!!! Time flies. It seems like not too long ago she was walking around very pregnant with her second child. Beautiful family…

I’m glad we haven’t seen her in anything for a while. She’s focusing on being a mommy. Good for her! Nothing against working moms, but I think for actresses who make so much money, they are financially able to take a break…and I think that it admirable 
(when you have the financial means…)
