Toronto Maple Leafs left wing Alexei Ponikarovsky and his wife Inna welcomed a son around 3 a.m. on Sunday, November 2nd. The new baby, whose name is reportedly Max, joins siblings Jessica and Alex. The 28-year-old’s coach, Ron Wilson, jokingly told reporters that Alexei "had a baby boy, he named it Ron."

Alexei, 28, has played for the Maple Leafs since being drafted in 1998. Prior to that, he played in his native Ukraine.

I hope they continue to sell the dayplanner with all of the teams family pics in them!
I have watched the families grow for years. I don’t think Poni and Inna were even married in the first couple that I have.

Congrats to them!!
