Julianna Margulies Credits Son With Weightloss

New moms sometimes try all different types of fitness routines to help them lose baby weight, but actress Julianna Margulies has only stuck with one — Pilates. She admits that "I don’t have a trainer" but gives credit to "good genes" for helping her with the weight loss. The 42-year-old also has one secret to her fitness plan that most don’t think about — her 9-month-old son Kieran Lindsay.

"He’s great. That’s a workout! He’s 22 pounds — a lot of lifting."

Kieran is the first child for Julianna and her husband Keith Lieberthal. The couple were married November 10, 2007.

Good for her! I have always wanted to try Pilates, really should get around to it! I don’t need to lose weight but a bit of toning up wouldn’t go wrong and Julianna looks GREAT🙂

Kieran is a cutie and I love his name; he weighs the same as my 22 month old daughter! She’s a skinny minny though…
