Former Third Watch star (and Will & Grace‘s Vince!) Bobby Cannavale and his 13-year-old son Jacob posed in lookalike black ensembles at the LAByrinth Theater Company’s 6th Annual Gala Benefit, held Monday evening at Terminal 5 in NYC.

Mom is ex-wife Jenny Lumet, to whom Bobby, 37, was married from 1994-2003.

Is Bobby really short, or Jacob really tall? Because I’ve never seen a 10-year-old that close to his father’s height!

According to the IMDB Bobby is 6’2-1/2″ tall. So perhaps Jacob is just very tall for his age.

Bobby is something like 6’2″, Jacob is already my height! WOW! What a cutie he is!

Love Bobby’s sense of humor on Cold Case! Cute kid.

I so loved him on Third Watch, miss that show so much.

he seems so much older than ten (not just in height, in looks)

Re: the above comments — he looks older than 10 because he is actually 13! We were misinformed originally but the post has been corrected. Our apologies.

Do any of you remember the actress Lena Horn? Jacob is her grandson. Lena is still alive and she must be nearly 100 years old now. She was so beautiful back in the 1930′s and 40′s.

- Lala on

Bobby is great. Jacob looks like his mom around the eyebrows and looks like Bobby with the smile.

- Brandi on

Lala, Lena Horne is his great-grandmother, not grandmother. Jenny Lumet is Lena’s granddaughter. And she was born in 1917, making her 91, not 100.
