Milo William Langdon hitches a ride on mom Liv Tyler‘s hip while out in Los Feliz, Calif. on Tuesday afternoon. The 31-year-old actress and her son, 3 ½, visited a friend and stopped at Figaro Bistrot for lunch before heading home.
