Cartman/Splash News Online

Popstar Britney Spears — topping the charts again with her latest hit, "Womanizer" — was spotted picking up her sons Jayden James, 2, and Sean Preston, 3 (in arms of nanny), at preschool on Friday afternoon in Los Angeles.

Britney’s sixth studio album, Circus, will be released December 2nd — her 27th birthday.

Britney looks so good…I’m really glad that she’s gotten herself together and can be a good mom to her boys!

I never noticed how much Jayden looks like Britney. So good to see her and her boys doing well.

Jayden looks just like Britney when she was little. Glad to see her doing well with her boys.

I love it that these stars have sense enough to stick their kids in pre-school at an early age as apposed to just staying at home with a nanny like to many average people. Pre-school at that age is so important.

Her little boys are so adorable <3

Gina: The preschool thing is debatable. I’ve seen absolutely no evidence that children going to preschool that early has any kind of beneficial effect. So it seems a little off to be so quick to jump to judgement about people who choose not to send their children to school really early.

It’s amazing that so many people are apparently
seeing these boys for the first time, considering that
their pictures have been in magazines and newspapers
and on TV millions of times.

Sweet pictures, Britney looks well! I honestly see very little of Kevin in the boys, they so much favour the Spears side of their family! Gina, I too am happy to see the children in playgroup. They’ve had a lot of upheaval in their lives and it’s fantastic they’re now getting the stability back and that playgroup is a part of this.

At that age it’s not really about schooling but rather socializing and getting your kids aquainted with other children as well as accustomed to being away from mommy and daddy for a little while. I believe that’s very important from an early age.

Nice to see a happy picture of Brit and the boys and yes Jayden certainly resembles his mama!!

It’s so nice to see Britney with her sons. I hope she continues to get better with whatever she is dealing with and gets to enjoy her little ones.

Standing ovation for Britney! She really has gotten her priorities straight and her life back in order. I’m proud of her!

Britney looks so happy and healthy! Im so glad.
Her sons are the most adorable things ever, I didn’t know the go to pre-school…yay!

Jayden looks just like Britney! It will be interesting to see how much Maddie looks like her cousins as she gets older!

Anyway, I’m happy to finally see a picture of Brit and her boys on CBB. As another poster stated, there have been several (including one adorable one of Britney and Jayden in PEOPLE magazine a few weeks ago) floating around that CBB hasn’t posted.

I’m glad they finally posted one (I was actually starting to wonder if maybe they were just trying to give Brit some space as she recovers, which would be completely understandable). :)

As for the boys going to preschool…I’m a bit surprised that Jayden is going, considering he just turned two last month.

Other celeb kids have been seen going to preschool at two, but they’re usually an older two than Jayden currently is.

Zahara Jolie-Pitt and Violet Affleck, for example, were both around 2 1/2 when they started preschool (although Z was a bit younger than Vi, as her birthday is in January and she was seen going to preschool in Prague in May of last year.).

I also was under the impression that most preschools don’t take children who aren’t potty trained, and in a few recent pictures (including this one) it’s clear that Jayden is wearing either a diaper or disposable training pants (and thus probably isn’t potty trained yet).

Anyway, I am in no way critcizing Kevin or Britney (I suspect it was mostly Kevin who actually made the decision, though, seeing as he has primary custody) for putting Jayden in preschool so young.

I’m just wondering about a few things (him being so young, not appearing to be potty trained, etc.) is all. :)

- CelebBabyLover on

Celebbabylover: Some preschools (Montessori, for example) have classes for kids as young as 18 months – others don’t start for kids until they are old enough to be potty trained. It just depends on the school.

Jayden looks so much like his mom!

I am so happy to see Britney back on track and with her boys :)

- CaliAngel on

Those kids are cuties!! it’s nice to see pictures of them on this blog. From what i’ve seen on others site Jayden seems to be mommy’s little boy, always grabbing and cuddling britney. To be honest i’m surprised to see how calm, peaceful and happy she is later when she’s with them. She has that sparkles in the eyes again.

Jayden is all Britney. he’s too cute <3
