She’s the busiest, most out and about, partial-bedrest pregnant women I’ve ever seen…and we’re only seeing snippets of each day.

She looks great and I’m excited for the birth of these two little girls!

Is Rebecca on bedrest?

She is on partial bedrest. I was too with my second son because I had some issues with my cervix being loose. I would do all my errands in the morning and then from about 1-5 I would just hang out on the couch with my feet up and do my reading and TV watching. It doesn’t mean you need to spend all day in bed or you cant be out and about, you just have to know your limits and take a good chunk of time out each day to rest.

She looks fabulous and happy! Good for her! I’m sure her prenatal massages REALLY help her relax and make her more comfortable. I never had a prenatal massage, but I found that toward the end of my twin pregnancy, floating in water made me feel weightless and relieved my discomfort, if only temporarily.

I love that she is getting her prenatal massages! They are absolutley awesome. I loved them when I was pregnant too. Just wish I could afford massages after the kids arrive.

I loved my 1 prenatal massage. I wanted to book and appointment for every week after that but was too busy preparing for my maternity leave with work. I just remember the feeling of pure bliss that last for about 1 hour. Julie, I also found the floating in water towards the end alleviated a lot of the pressure. In those moments I almost felt back to me pre-prego state.
