i went to school with declyn he was in my classes at EHS! and cyndi could not always be there for he son but she always tried to be there she would come to the soccer soccer games and the end of the year things and she was always trying to be the best mother she could be

My exhusband and her husband grew up together as their fathers were in the service together and the families knew each other. David Thornton always wanted to go into acting, and left Florida where his parents retired to go to New York. Several years ago, the last time we spoke with his Mother, she said that when they visited their son and grandson that Cyndi was a very normal, down to earth Mother and a very nice woman, no putting on airs because she was a star. It was so nice to hear this.

She is only 50, looks great and it is so funny how she and Madonna came out at the very same time. I remember it well.

If life is like that that for her kid, can you imagine what it is like for the kids of the more famous Tom Cruise, Brangelina,.Madonna, etc.
You can see them looking right at the camera sometimes. I think that must feel very strange as a child. Maybe they are going to get used to it soon.
I wouldn't like it being their parents!!!

SouthernBelle - I would imagine it was pronounced DEK-lin as you said. It would be very odd if it was designed to be any other way. Cyndi soooooooo doesn't look her age! How fantastic does she look?!
