Dean McDermott and 18-month-old son Liam Aaron get some fresh air (and a kiss!) outside Barneys on Saturday, September 20th in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Mom Tori Spelling and 4-month-old Stella Doreen were inside the store, where they shopped till they dropped!

Liam wears Stride Rite’s NMS Sky Hook and Loop Shoes ($44).

I love that family…regardless of the messy stuff they’ve done….I love them. I LOVE how cute that lil man is! And Dean isn’t so bad either…. :)

This is not meant mean in any way, but does little Liam have a skin condition, or does he just get pink very easy? My little sister would get really pink when she got hot, and every picture I see of Liam, he looks very pink.

Nicole- I’m guessing Liam just has very fair skin and gets pink easily. I myself tend to get “rosey cheeks” quite easily. :)

i have to admit i wasnt really a tori spellling fan , especially when i heard of the way they met. Doing this reality show was one of the smartest moves on her part, it showed everyone, myself included ,how sweet and loving she really is .It also showed me not to judge a person so harshly.. god bless tori and her family. signed ,,a tori fan now
