You may want to consider changing ‘suffers from’ to ‘has’ or ‘lives with’. Many people with disabilities try to maintain a more positive view on life – and I imagine Josh is one of them.

Jess- No CP isn’t genetic, it’s a brain injury to the motor control cortex that usually happens at birth due to prematurity or a “rough” delivery where the head gets squished. I have CP and in my case I was very very premature.

Is it known if Simon had cerebral Palsy. I’m not sure if it’s genetic or not, I was just curious.
