BabyStyle Halloween Costumes: Steal The Show

Elephant on Parade

Hard as it is to fathom, Halloween is just a few weeks away and if you’re looking for a costume that will earn an extra lollipop or two for your kids, look no further than BabyStyle. Whether your little girl dreams of being a fairy or your little guy longs to be a dinosaur, BabyStyle has them (and you!) covered.

Each costume is of high quality, employing plush fabrics, thoughtful detailing, elasticized hoods and just the right amount of padding. Some store-bought costumes I’ve used previously really should have been padded in the belly, but weren’t — or, at the opposite end of the spectrum, they’ve been overly padded and difficult for my preschooler to walk in. BabyStyle’s costumes are somewhere in-between, which I appreciate. I also like how easy it is to get their costumes on and off, with several offering dual front-zippers and/or hook and loop closures.

Redhotchilipepper

Newborns (0-6 months, $26-36): Red Hot Chili Pepper Bunting ($26)
For baby’s first Halloween, I love the bunting-style because it keeps baby warm, nice if you need to take an older child trick-or-treating. Unlike the other newborn costumes, it isn’t bulky or poofy so baby can comfortable sleep in it.

Elephantsmall

Babies(sizes 6-24 months, $36-$46): Elephant on Parade ($38)
Sweet details abound in this costume, from the whimsical over-sizedbuttons to the embroidered stitching to the ruffled cuffs to theintricate head piece, with its long trunk and floppy ears.

Peacock

Toddler (sizes 2T-5T, $38-$48): Proud as a Peacock ($48)
Your little guy can flap his bright, plush feathers as he makes his wayaround the neighborhood, and shake a tail feather on the way home. The toddler costumes feature most the same designs as the babies, except with legs.

Due to high demand, BabyStyle is currently limiting purchases to 2of each style per household. Also, note that all costumes arenon-returnable after October 15.

Mom Said It

"I had to make a decision that I could sleep with every night. I did feel responsible for the young girls who I probably confused and let down. I apologize for that. But I wasn't trying to glamorize teen pregnancy."
