Pliner Jrs: Flats for the Fall 2008 Season

Pliner Jrs Cain Shoes in Bronze

I have long been a fan of Pliner Jrs, the kids line of the Donald J. Pliner line of shoes. I have especially always loved the ballet flats which my daughter has been wearing since her second birthday. These shoes are incredibly worth the money — well constructed and beautiful to boot.

The new Fall/Winter line is ripe with dark colors and Pliner’s signature animal prints. My favorites, as usual, are the ballet flats, including a beautiful shoe called "Cain" which is available in black, bronze and silver. Fashion-conscious moms will love the penny loafers and ankle boots.

Find them online at Amazon or Zappos or call 800.832.3644 to find a retailer near you.

I absolutely love Donald Pliner shoes. I didn’t even realize he made shoes for children. The main reason I’m a fan is because Donald thinks about women who have large feet and creates gorgeous shoes in larger sizes. I personally wear size 11 and I always find a cute pair of shoes from Donald Pliner. If you’re like me and wear a size 11, 12,13,14 or larger, then you should really go over to a shoe blog designed specifically for women with large feet. It’s called Your Feet Make You Unique. You’ll find what you’re looking for including Donald Pliners. Here’s the website http://www.yourfeetmakeyouunique.com.

Mom Said It

"It helps that other moms had said that once they had their babies, they forgot they were ever pregnant. So once my focus became the baby and not the pregnancy, it was a very easy decision."
