Actress Keri Russell — wearing her hair shorter again! — was snapped out in Brooklyn on Sunday with her little barefooted blondie, 15-month-old son River. Dad is Keri’s carpenter husband Shane Deary.

Keri, 32, will next appear in Bedtime Stories, a comedy to be released on Christmas Day. The film also stars Adam Sandler and Courteney Cox-Arquette.

He’s such a cutie but I don’t see him as a towhead. I always thought a Towhead refers to the color of the hair being almost white. My cousin was a towhead as a toddler…so white it almost looked grey. Rivers hair is more a yellow blonde. Unless your using it to describe something else…am I missing something?
