Keisha Whitaker Turning Focus to Her Career

Having decided that motherhood was her main focus, Keisha Whitaker placed her professional career on hold to concentrate on raising daughters Autumn, 16, Sonnet, 12, and True, 10, and son Ocean, 17. Now that the kids are older, Keisha is "in a position to do more things" and focus on herself and her career. She is now hosting TLC’s Who Are You Wearing?, and Keisha’s husband, actor Forest Whitaker, is having to adjust to not having his family with him when he is away shooting movies.

"Normally I go and kind of help get him prepared and make a home. This time, he was able to come back and be with me and the girls over weekends, so that was a little bit of a reversal."

While filming her show, it caused "a little bit of a juggle" because it happened right when "the girls [were] in their last few days of school, the end-of-semester cello recital and pool parties." While it may have been a little stressful, Keisha knows that the balancing act is a part of life but that she wouldn’t be able to do it without the help and support of some "great people."

Ocean is Forest’s son while Autumn is Keisha’s daughter from previous relationships.

I can’t believe she has a 16 year old daughter, she only looks about 20 herself! Forest has definitely done well for himself :) .

OMG, I thought Keisha was Forest’s daughter. Mother and daughter look like sisters, they’re both gorgeous!!!

I second kavabuggy’s comment the children’s name.
