Laura Allen Welcomes Son Harper Edward

Actress Laura Allen and her husband, model Bruce Weyman, have welcomed their first child, a son. Harper Edward Weyman arrived on the evening of Wednesday, September 3rd in Los Angeles, weighing in at 9 lbs, 5 oz. "Mother, father and baby are doing well," said a rep for Laura, 34.

Laura, who has appeared on Dirt, The 4400, and All My Children, announced her pregnancy in May, sharing in July that she and Bruce had opted for a delivery surprise. Her due date had been in late August.
