I saw this wonderful documentary on PBS called “motherland afghanistan”,

It showed how things were there. There were women who had to walk miles in labour to get to the hospitals and when they got there to see the conditions the hospitals were in. It makes me truly appreciative of everything that I have and the facilities available to me ~
