Wow, I hope they give that betta a good home.
If I may give a little rant…..I can’t stand that betta’s are kept in those little containers. Betta’s should be kept in a regular aquarium. Yes, they can live in at least a gallon of water, but do so much better in a heated aquarium.
I have several at work and 6 at home in my aquarium that are 2 years old.
Remember that you can have 1 male and as many females as you want, but do not put 2 males together. The rule is one inch of fish per gallon of water.
Sorry, but the handling and selling of betta’s is a sore point for me. I hate seeing the fish in those tiny containers.
