Natalie Morales Reveals New Baby Is a Boy!

Update: The baby will be named Luke.

Originally posted August 6th: It’ll be another boy for The Today Show‘s Natalie Morales, she has revealed to Us Weekly. Currently 34 weeks along in her pregnancy, the morning show correspondent shares that she’ll be delivering a second son by Caesarean section a bit before her September 16th due date.

The new baby will join son Joseph Stockton, 4. Natalie, 36, and husband Joe Rhodes announced the pregnancy and due date in early March.

Oh, so happy for her! She used to be the local anchor here and actually did a story about my wedding seven years ago. My husband and I are always so excited to see her on the Today show. Good luck Natalie! I hope she has that boy on my son’s birthday, September 14th!!

Natalie was actually in a article in Plum magazine either June or July issue revealing fertility struggles and how she had to do clomid to get pregnant this time around. She revealed she had a miscarriage shortly after her first son. She also revealed in the article that is was a boy and the name which I can’t recall right now?? It was a pretty good article.

Duh what eve? It says Natalie and her husband announced the pregnancy and her due date of Sept 16 in March. Not that she’s due in March. Sometimes I wonder if people read before they comment ha haa.

Well, I think September 16th is the best day ever to have her baby. I’m partial to that day because my daughter was born on that day so it is my absolute favorite day of the year!

I am thrilled for Natalie, and her family. She’s, a brilliant asset to the Today show, and I hope she has some valuable time off, but I will miss her very much on the Today show. She is apparently beginning some well deserved time off next week, 9/8/08. Good luck, Natalie, in everything.
