First-time motherhood has been "amazing" thus far, says 37-year-old soccer player Kristine Lilly. Since welcoming Sidney Marie Heavey, 2 ½ weeks, Kristine already sees signs that her daughter will be a determined little girl. "Hopefully, she’ll love some sport. She’s starting to move her head, so she’s eager to do something," Kristine says. She adds,
This has to be the best thing that’s ever happened to me.
Kristine and her husband, firefighter Dave Heavey, were married in 2006.
