Maddox Beats Dad Brad to the Finish Line

Maddox Chivan Jolie-Pitt celebrated his seventh birthday Tuesday, and to mark the occasion, dad Brad Pitt took his eldest son out for a day at the races. The pair visited a go-kart facility in the South of France, where they sped around a track for the afternoon — and according to reports, Maddox beat Brad to the finish!

The rest of the family, meanwhile — including new twins Knox Léon and VivienneMarcheline — stayed at the family’s French home, Chateau Miraval. "It was just Maddox and Brad," says a source. "Just father-son time."

Poor Angie, she was alone at home with 3 toddlers and new twins.
I’m glad though that they spend quality time with each child, that’s great.

This family is always having so much fun.

I’m sure Angelina wasn’t alone with 5 kids Steph. I think some of their family are with them and they have nannies. It must be so cool
at the JP’s home at the moment. I love big families.

Oh, I’m sure Angelina had LOTS of help — family, friends, and nannies. And as we know, both Shiloh and Zahara love helping take care of the twins.

With such a big family, it is easy for the oldest child to kind of get lost in the shuffle — but Brad and Angelina obviously want to make sure that doesn’t happen with Maddox.

Maddox has seen a lot of changes in his young life — he’s only seven and already he’s been around the world, gained a daddy (remember, Angelina wasn’t with Brad when she adopted Maddox; it wasn’t until Maddox was about three that Brad started being his father), and gotten five younger siblings in only three years. I’m glad he got Daddy to himself for his seventh birthday.

That’s awesome that Maddox got some alone time with Brad. With 5 siblings, it’s probably VERY hard to get some quality, alone time with one parent. Awesome!

Ah that’s so sweet and very good for Maddox that he gets daddy all for himself. Being the oldest of 6 kid it’s easy that they “forget” about the oldest because he can take care of himself, which he can’t. I hope angie and brad don’t ignore him, his needs and stimulation.

He has gone through alot in his young life. Welcoming new siblings is nothing new to him, but the more sibling the less ime with his parents.

Maddox is a lovely boy and very goodlooking I have to say. I real cutie.
