It's a Boy for Redskins Linebacker London Fletcher

Washington Redskins linebacker London Fletcher has had a busy week. Not only is he going through training with his team, but he and his wife Charné welcomed their son Cortland Steele Fletcher on Tuesday, July 22nd. He weighed 6 lbs, 15 oz and was 19 inches long. The 33-year-old explained that the couple didn’t want to name their son London, but "wanted to give him his own identity."

We thought those two names were different. We thought it was a very strong and powerful name.

Cortland is the couple’s second child. London and Charné are also parents to daughter Paige.
