Thank you to CBB for posting the link to the cancer blog. A very close friend of mine’s son has been diagnosed with AML leukemia. This type of leukemia has a very high reoccurance rate. Luckily, the child I know was able to receive a bone marrow transplant, which he is recovering from now.

i’m glad the comment section is open on this section. i had the same thought about the carseat. i’m not being nitpicky, but it is horribly unsafe. and the walkers baffle me too. love nancy grace, but had to comment.

i remember that CBB had a section on carseat safety, about how long to place your child in a rear-facing seat and where the harness should go, etc. that post is the reason why my 26-lb one-year old is still rear facing, even though his legs are crossed.

I don’t think they he is forward facing. the picture could have been taken by someone in the backseat next to him.

The Straps are indeed much to high. but maybe they were just testing out the seat. people are so quick to jump on people to criticize them on every single thing that may or may not actually wrong.

As for the names I named my Son Max just before the trend started in hopes of not having a child with a popular name. same with Harlow that was a name I liked for a girl now there are going to be so many Max;s and Harlow’s running around.

I was trying to find a way to email her and tell her that. She is putting her child in danger. That carseat wouldnt do any good in a crash.

Wow, no kidding, they are way too little to be forward facing as it appears he is in the photo. Also, the straps are set up WAY wrong. Too loose and up way too high. It irks me.
