The Sun'll Come Out…for Suri

07/18/2008 at 12:00 PM ET

Katieholmes8003_cbb_2While filming a guest spot on the ABC-TV series Eli Stone, Katie Holmes gushed to actor Victor Garber not about his various stage roles, but about his turn as Daddy Warbucks in the made-for-TV version of the musical Annie. Turns out, daughter Suri, 2, is a big fan of the all-singing, all-dancing flick. "She’s seen it [Annie] 60 times because of her daughter," says Victor. "I love that that’s part of their life."

Am I the only one whose child didn’t find Annie entertaining at all? I was hoping they would. My 4 year old daughter found it boring. I just can’t imagine a 2 year old watching it once all the way through let alone 60 times!

Sarah–I love Annie and my kids love Annie. We have watched it well over 60 times.

Mom Said It

"I had to make a decision that I could sleep with every night. I did feel responsible for the young girls who I probably confused and let down. I apologize for that. But I wasn't trying to glamorize teen pregnancy."
