07/17/2008 at 05:30 PM ET

WyattToday, Sheryl Crow let "Extra’s" crew visit the set of her newest video, for the inspirational song "So Glad We Made It." Filmed at Sheryl’s 154-acre farm near Nashville, the video aims to inspire U.S. athletes as they head to the Olympic games, which open August 8th in Beijing, China.

Speaking to "Extra," Sheryl said her 14-month-old son, Wyatt Steven, has easily adjusted to her rock-star ways.

I have great people around me who absolutely adore and worship him — my band, my crew — he’s got all these dads. As far as I can tell, he loves being on the road because he’s a little social animal. So, it’s been a really fun ride so far!

Saying his presence in her life is "joyful, like Christmas every day," Sheryl shares that she plans to take her tot on the road again with her this summer, as part of her "Detours" tour.

I really like Sheryl, and I think Wyatt’s coming into her life on the heels of her breakup with Lance Armstrong followed by breast cancer was an amazing blessing, and she seems so happy and joyous and in love with her boy.

They are very lucky to have found each other. It’s plain to see that Wyatt is her number one priority. Lucky little cutie!

Mom Said It

"I had to make a decision that I could sleep with every night. I did feel responsible for the young girls who I probably confused and let down. I apologize for that. But I wasn't trying to glamorize teen pregnancy."
