You know I don’t blame them, if it’s true. Though i’ll admit I am a fan of seeing pictures of celebs newborns, it’s kinda getting out of control. Though having children is a wonderful experience for anyone to have but seems as if we’re seeing a splurge of celebs having babies then trying to sell the photos to the highest bidder. Granted it’s their right to do whatever they wish. It’s refreshing to hear (even if it’s a rumor) about a celeb couple who would rather not sell pictures of their child.

aww soo happy for these two….have been a fan of keith for years…..and love them as a couple!! im not suprised they re not selling pics of Miss Kidman-Urban….but i am dispointed but hey its their choice!! i thought they might do what they did for their wedding and release one official pic!!

Same with Halle Berry. No word about her baby pics. It’s cute to see all these babies, but you shouldn’t be selling the pics for whatever the reason.

We will see them when the time is right.

Selling your baby’s pix is obviously a personal choice however, you have to ask yourself who the real winners are in this whole fiasco.
You got a celebrity couple who just had a baby, paps are on their tail trying to get a pic of their child. The first pic is the most expensive to them because they get to sell it to every agency for big money.
My question is why not take control of an already strange situation and at least recognize that if these agencies are willing to pay millions of dollars, let that money benefit those who have none.
I highly commend those that donate all the proceeds to charity because it sends a message that there’s more important things we should be aware of and if our society is not willing to do so,you will try to.

Actually, the article on People that I read said Nicole and Keith are considering just donating a picture or two to the magazines.

You make a good point Pearl, however I respect Nicole’s decision not to sell her baby’s pictures for any reason. I also applaud her conviction in this matter.

I am happy to hear she is not selling her pictures (as much as I would love to see her baby). It seems a bit cheap to do that. Even if it is going to charity, it is still exploiting your children for publicity.

If you feel that way Dickie, then why come to a blog like this? I agree with Pearl. I would rather the money go to charity than the paps’ pockets

I think the most tasteful and dignified thing to do is to give the media a couple of pictures for free. This way the paparazzi are likely to hound them a bit less too.

Sorry to have to report that the joke doing the rounds in Australia is that they called the baby Sunday Roast….

I am so thrilled for them. I believe they have an intimacy she never had with her ex husband (just as I believe Tom and Katie share what he and Nicole didn’t), and baby Sunshine just cements that.

Keith & Nicole are a classy couple and glad they aren’t selling pics for cash.

I am so happy for them. I am hoping to see pictures of baby Sunday Rose on a respected magazine and not from paparazzi’s. I respect them for not selling their baby’s photos but the paparazzi’s won’t.
