Those bikes are the best thing. They are awesome for balance. My son got one when he was two and started biking at four. He never needed trainingwheels.

we have one of these and we love it! my son is 4 and still uses his, we bought it for him when he was 2. it’s great now with my newborn, I push the him in the stroller and my eldest rides beside me.

Cute bike, but the idea is hardly new. :)
Apparently one of the first “modern” bicycles was something much like that for adults, invented by Baron Karl von Drais in 1818.

IT. we bought it for him when he was 18 months old & it was a little tall, even at the lowest setting, so we took a tip from the website & turned the frame upside-down, making it an inch shorter. he’s really getting good at it & it will be with us for a long, long time.
