Alison Sweeney wants her character pregnant too

Alison Sweeney has found her character Sami Brady pregnant twice on Days of Our Lives and now that the 31-year-old is expecting her second child in real life, she is wondering if it will be written into the show.

I’d feel bad if the crew had to hide my pregnancy for months and months. Besides, Sami just gave birth to twins. What’s one more?

One place Alison’s pregnancy will not be hidden is The Biggest Loser.  Alison, who hosts the show, shared her news with the contestants of Season 6 during Episode 5 and admits, "It’s going to be so weird gaining weight while everyone’s trying so hard to lose it."  In fact, Alison will host the finale of Season 6 on December 16th, just one month before she is set to give birth.

She and husband Dave Sanov have been married since July 8, 2000; son Benjamin Edward is 3. The new baby is expected to arrive on January 20th.

correct me if i’m wrong but did alison & dave appear on “a baby story” when they had benjamin?
i’m from england and like to watch “the discovery health” channel in particular “a baby story” and i’m sure they were on recently…….

I don’t think she was, but there have been a few other soap opera actresses that have been on that show. If I remember right, all 3 were from the TV show “As the World Turns”…Martha Byrne (ex-Lily), Maura West (Carly), and Terri Colombino (Katie).

haha this is a little random but were they really married on july 8th? that was my 6th birthday!! haha i just turned 14 & they just celebrated their 8th wedding anniversary

Actually, Terri, if they do write it in there’s no asking “Who’s The Daddy?” this time. She has only been with EJ recently so it’s safe to say he’d be da daddy. LOL
