Kudos to Marcia for getting her girls to wear hats! My 2 1/2 year old has NEVER let me put a hat on her head. Ever time I tried it would be ripped off and a tantrum would start! I wish I knew her secret!

Why does she always have the babies in long sleeves? I’m sure it’s to protect them from the sun, but isn’t it hot?

Mollie on

@ kaitlyn– It’s cool in Los Angeles right now! Around here you will see some people in tank tops and some in sweatshirts, all on the same day. The weather is very mild.

Yeah wednesday it was about 70 degrees. So pretty cool.

I love the way she is so careful about keeping her kids protected from the sun while making sure they get lots of outdoor playtime. Maybe the fact that she’s so pale herself makes her extra aware of the effects of the sun. She’s lucky that she’s in LA where the kids can wear long sleeves and long pants even in the summer–in New York lately it feels like you’re getting hit in the face with a wet towel every time you go outside.

I love how she has Eden up in a tree. I remember when I was little I absolutely loved to climb trees. She’s always at the park and outdoors with the kids. They’re gonna be nature girls :-)

I love these photo op pics. They fail to show the 2-3 nannies she has with her at all times. She is certainly not breaking a sweat.
