Ashlee Simpson-Wentz makes it a Blockbuster night

Singer Ashlee Simpson-Wentz made her way into a Studio City, CA Blockbuster on Saturday, picking up some flicks for an evening at home. Ashlee, 23, and husband Pete Wentz expect their first child this fall.

Inappropriate? For church? The office? School? Because she isn’t going to any of those places. Inappropriately dressed to pick out movies? She’s out shopping and minding her own business and unfortunately she can’t do this without the paps hounding her and making it a public affair, but as far as I know, the dress code for a movie run is pretty relaxed. If this were an ordinary woman in Blockbuster I doubt anybody would take an issue with what she was wearing.

She looks fine for just hanging out, although I guess someone could dislike her dress because w/o a bra it does wear somewhat like a night gown or a swimsuit coverup, and it might be a bit thin because is it just me or is that dark spot on the right side of her belly an abdominal tatoo showing through? Or is it just a flaw with the photo, or the heather pattern of her knit dress, or just a wet spot? (LOL who knows?)

i remember many photos of tori spelling without a bra, and i didn’t read any negative comments about that. so why all the negativity right now?
i think ashlee looks great, and if she doesn’t wanna wear a bra, that’s her choice. maybe she feels more comfortable without one…
