Desiree Gruber and Kyle MacLachlan are all smiles

Project Runway executive producer Desiree Gruber, 40, and her husband, actor Kyle MacLachlan, 49, smiled for the cameras at an event welcoming Glamour’s new Senior West Coast Editor James Patrick Herman on Wednesday, June 25th in Los Angeles, CA.  The couple expecting their first child — a son — in mid-July.
