Eva Longoria Parker pregnancy rumors denied by Tony Parker

Evalongoriaparkerbasketball_randy_5Speculation has been swirling for weeks that actress Eva Longoria Parkeroften the subject of pregnancy rumors — was expecting her first child, but husband Tony Parker has again shot down the story, telling OK! "she’s not pregnant" and "I’m not thinking like that right now."  The latest round of whispers appears to have begun after Eva appeared at the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) Awards in Los Angeles in Los Angeles June 2.  But those who thought they detected the tiniest of bumps beneath her skin-tight pink dress were mistaken, Tony said — at least for now.  He added,

Maybe one day [we'll have kids].

A lady can’t be seen in public at all now days due to everyone thinking she’s fat or pregnant? I mean if the people want babies or not, that is their business, and I am sure the speculation until that day makes them wish they live in a world by themselves. I hope all the stars realize they all need to get girdles before too long, or people will start thinking Joan Rivers is pregnant.

The last time people thought she had a little “bump” it turned out she had a swollen belly from a large pasta meal.

I would imagine it’s now as annoying and possibly embarassing for some thin women as well as some larger women when people mistake a little round belly for a tiny pregnancy belly.

They don’t seem like they are on the baby wagon right now they are still newlyweds, let them have some fun.
They have plenty of time for babies later on.

I’m not sure if this was a rumor or not but didn’t the women of DH have to sign something that said they wouldn’t be pregnant for the next season…I know it seems far out there for them to sign something like that but I thought I remembered hearing that.

Eva has said while DH was on strike she gained 7-8lbs and has kept it on, but she is not pregnant. I would love for them to have one someday though, which I am sure they will. Eva is my favorite DH character

She, at 33, and him, at 26, very well may be in completely different mindsets about baby, right now. Usually, I don’t think age really matters much, but those two ages are both fairly significant. I say give him a couple of years to catch up a little. Does that make sense? I am just thinking of most 26 year old guys I know, and while, yes, Tony does seem older than that, he’s still a dude in his mid twenties.

And one more thing….THAT’S a bump? Sheesh, please! Maybe she has gas, or horror of horrors….ATE DINNER:) I mean, really!

- bethany on

Wow, I can totally see that baby bump!

NOT!!!!!!!!

What a joke! I swear, the media fuels this “need to be thin” mindset where these actresses are going to start starving themselves again. God forbid any of them struggle with infertility! Gosh. How horrible would pregnancy rumors be then?!

- Stephany on

Maybe if these women wern’t so thin, they wouldn’t look pregnant everytime they gained a pound!

I’m not saying there’s anything wrong with being thin, its just that some people are TOO thin.

These people really need to lay off her though. Both Eva and Tony have made it clear that they both want kids, but not for awhile.

abi- I see your point, but I think that, as Stephany pointed out, the constant “is she or isn’t she?” rumors in Hollywood are exactly why so many actresses are thin. I mean, these days, it seems like, whenever a woman in Hollywood is anything more than a size 0, she’s automatically pregnant! And then the media wonders why so many actresses are stick-thin!

The actresses I really bad for are the ones who are naturally thin. They’re either “scary skinny” or, if they’ve put on a pound or two, “pregnant”!

It must be so hard for celebrities to look at the mags and assume that they are pregnant if they have gained a pound or two.
