Liam Flockhart announces his love with a t-shirt

Calista Flockhart marked Father’s Day with her son Liam, 7 ½, and longtime boyfriend Harrison Ford, and Liam left little doubt about his fond feelings for the 65-year-old actor.  As the threesome made their way out of a LA-area restaurant, Harrison was clearly seen sporting a t-shirt hand-designed by Liam which read ‘Happy Father’s Day, Love Liam.’  The Daily Mail reports that the t-shirt went on to proclaim Harrison "the best dad in the world."

Harrison, 65, is also father to Benjamin, 40, Willard, 39, Malcolm, 21, and Georgia, turning 18 later this month, his children from previous marriages.

Very sweet!
I don’t like how The Daily Mail’s headline says something about Harrison “doting on Calista’s ‘adopted’ son” …Why not just say Calista’s son???
I’m sure moms with biological and adopted children don’t go around introducing them as “this is my daughter, and this is my ‘adopted’ son” …ya know what I mean?!

i’m glad to see i’m not the only one who dislike it when they say “adopted son”! She adopted him so he could be her son! They do the same thing with Brad and Angie’s kids. Anyway i’m so happy to see that Liam and Harrison have a father/son relationship its beautiful!

I think maybe they included adopted to make it clear that Calista asopted him on her own and he doesn’t have another father besides Harrison. Otherwise there might be people asking: what does his real father think of this?

How sweet is that! It is, though, a shame that everyone has to add the “adopted” disclaimer–Liam is Calista’s son, and it really doesn’t matter how he entered her life!

And nice for the entire family to spend the day together–Ford’s Filling Station, where they had their meal, is the restaurant owned by one of Harrison’s older sons, Ben.

Aww – that’s lovely. And also very natural, as Harrison has been in Liam’s life almost from the beginning I wouldn’t be too surprised if he did call him dad, or at least think of him as dad.
