Mick Jagger and Bob Geldof spend the evening out with daughters

It was father/daughter evening at a London theatre last night as rockers Mick Jagger, 64, and Bob Geldof, 56, brought along their children to The Harder They Come reggae musical.

Mick and daughter Georgia May, 16, sang and danced along to the musical, while Bob and daughter Tiger Lily, 11, visited backstage with the cast.

Geldof became Tiger Lily’s legal guardian after her mother died, believing it was best that she grew up with her half sisters Fifi, Peaches and Pixie.

Tiger calls Bob ‘dad’, he is her primary caregiver, that, in my eyes, makes him her father. Yes, Michael Hutchence is her biological father, and I’m sure she will grow up hearing that he loved her very much, and that having Bob as her father doesn’t detract from her being Michael’s daughter….if that makes sense!

I always thought it was fantastic that Bob was big enough of a man to welcome that beautiful little girl into his life so that she could be raised with her family. Bob seems like a really wonderful father. In Ireland a few years ago, there was a poll to find the best celebrity MOTHERS and he came third I think? That says everything doesn’t it? I have nothing but admiration for him.
