Actress Tori Spelling, 35, posed for a photo recently as she chose outfits for the filming her reality series Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood. Tori is currently at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA, where she is expected to deliver her daughter by c-section around 6 pm EST.
