Tara Brown says she's unsure about returning to work

Australian television journalist Tara Brown says that despite being pregnant for the first time at the age of 40, motherhood was always part of her plan.  Due in October, Tara told the Daily Telegraph she’s "never been the sort of person who was only just going to have a career," adding, "that was not my aim." As for whether she’ll attempt to do both — balancing motherhood with her bustling television career — Tara said she’s unsure.

My mindset right now is that I’d love to come back.  But I’m also practical enough to know that life is going to be turned on its head, so I’m not cemented to anything.

For now, Tara said she’s content to just focus on her upcoming labor and delivery, telling the Daily Telegraph that "as long as myself and the baby are healthy, that’s really all you can ask for."
