Keith Urban on the new language that comes with fatherhood

Musician Keith Urban was lost for words when it came to a conversation regarding baby clothing at the CMA Music Festival in Nashville, TN on Friday. Fans have been sending gifts to the 40-year-old and his expectant wife Nicole Kidman, also 40. Keith said they were sent "a tie-dyed jumpsuit thing that we really like." When reporters told him it was probably a "onesie," Keith appeared confused and told the audience,

I’m learning a new vocabulary. We also got a tiny T-shirt that says ‘I crawl the line‘ that we like a lot.

While Nicole was not present, she wasn’t far from Keith’s mind. Keith told reporters that while he loves having Nicole with him, they will have to wait and see if the baby will come on tour.

I love having her with me when I tour, but at the same time, it’s work. You don’t want to ask too much of your family. We’ll just have to see what works for us.

The couple’s baby is due in late July. They know the sex but are keeping it private.

Of course he doesn’t know what a onesie is. In Britain and Australia, they’re called ‘baby grow suits’. Sounds like he got some cute clothes, though.

I’ve never heard them called ‘baby grow suits’ or ‘onesies’ in Australia. I’ve always called them ‘Romper suits’
