NHL player Kirk Maltby expecting twins in July

Detroit Red Wings forward Kirk Maltby, 35, has much to celebrate today.  Last night, after his hockey team defeated the Pittsburgh Penguins to win the Stanley Cup, Kirk was able to bring his 4-year-old daughter Ella on the ice to help him savor the moment.  And as big of a moment as it was, Kirk revealed that he and wife Wendy have even bigger plans on the horizon.

It’s so great to be able to share this with them.  We’re expecting twins in July. It’s going to be a wild summer.

Whats up with everyone have twins???

Not just celebrities but for me I know 3 people personally who are also due with twins this summer lol.

Rayan, I signed up my twin boys for a “safety Camp” at their school and I was told they were the 7th pair of twins to sign up…and we live in a smaller suburb. So yes, twins are everywhere:)
