Actress Melissa Joan Hart, 32, was spotted leaving a taping of Chelsea Lately with her younger son Braydon ‘Brady’ Hart, 11 weeks, on Thursday, May 29th in Los Angeles, CA. On the show, Melissa talked about wearing Spanx with her outfit that day. Dad is Course of Nature’s Mark Wilkerson.

Yes, Spanx is fabulous, especially the one that goes up to under your breasts for a full cover from torso to thighs. That’s the secret to looking good 11 weeks after giving birth. There’s another kind of body shaper I tried, but it took forever to get off when using the bathroom. It held me together much better, but I wear it only for a few hours when I know I don’t need to use the loo. I wear Spanx for those days I am wearing form-fitting clothes and don’t want the lumps and rolls.
