Jill Halfpenny and Craig Conway welcome a son

Former UK soap star and Strictly Come Dancing champion Jill Halfpenny, 32, and her husband, actor Craig Conway, welcomed son Harvey Reece Halfpenny on Saturday, May 3rd.  He weighed 6 lbs, 8 oz. The new dad said,

We are really proud of our baby. We said we won’t do anything for a couple of weeks because we just want to get settled.

The couple, who went for a delivery surprise, did not have any girl names picked out according to Jill’s mom Maureen.  She also shared that,

He’s not named after anyone in the family. I think they couldn’t make their minds up. They’re over the moon. He is lovely … a real cutie. It is hard to tell who he looks like when they are little like that. We’re waiting to see. We’re all very happy.
