The demand for eco-friendly baby gear was high at last week’s Boom Boom Room, and Bebe au Lait is heeding the call. It recently unveiled its new Simple organic cotton nursing cover-ups ($50) on Earth Day, and word spread fast. Jessica Alba — who has been vocal about her desire to create a green (figuratively, at least!) nursery for the daughter she’s expecting with fiancé Cash Warren — was given a Simple cover-up in Chocolat at her recent baby shower. After hearing how well received the gift was, Bebe au Lait recently sent the 27-year-old actress a companion Simple cover-up in Buttercup (shown at left).
