Pregnant Nicole Kidman arrives at Smashbox Studios

Actress Nicole Kidman, 40, was photographed arriving at Smashbox Studios in Los Angeles, CA on Wednesday, May 21st.  She and husband, country singer Keith Urban, expect their first child together in late July and are keeping the sex private.

Yeah, I think she dyed her hair back red. I hope she keeps it that way. I know most natural red heads have at least one red headed child so maybe hers will be.

I’m thinking boy too

I’ve noticed lately that she loves having her hand at the bottom there, as if she’s protecting it, feeling it move, or giving it affection- which, I think there’s nothing absolutely wrong with that. I’m happy that Nicole is getting her dream come true of having experience pregnancy (especially after having two failed pregnancies) and she’s glowing away.

In some pictures she looks like she is carrying really high ~ doesn’t this typically mean it’s a girl? This has been my experience with my friends who have had baby girls.

I wouldn’t say she is showing off. If I was pregnant I would have my hand on my belly all the time. I know a lot of pregnant women who felt their bellies a lot. It is because they’re proud and want to feel the baby.

I think she is having a girl. I really do! So we will see who is right. Heather funny comment.

Nicole is supposed to have the baby in like 6 weeks or so. Wow, if that’s what being 8 months pregnant looks like, sign me up! I hope things are okay with the baby, I’ve not seen someone look so small so far in the pregnancy.

Nicole is naturally very thin and obviously doesn’t show much.
I am glad to see this picture, as I’ve been a bit concerned about the baby’s health.

I have noticed that in all her pregnancy pictures, she makes an effort to minimize her profile, unlike the rest of Hollywood, who let it all hang out.

Now I’ve heard she is also planning on nude photos, so I guess she’s all or nothing.

I think she touches her stomach all the time because she is still reminding herself that it’s real. She has had her share of heartache concerning babies…maybe she’s afraid it’s all a dream. Of course I’m a hopeless romantic – so what do I know? Good luck to her! I think she deserves some happiness.
