Christie Brinkley loves dancing away with daughter Sailor

Brinkley_da8048082cbbjpgSupermodel Christie Brinkley has discovered that she loves dancing all thanks to playing Dance Dance Revolution on the Xbox 360 in her home.  But don’t think the 54-year-old is dancing away by herself, daughter Sailor Lee, 9 ½, loves the game also.

We were literally doing it for like five hours, we couldn’t stop. She sent me a little text from the living room saying, ‘Mommy, thank you so much for that cool, cool Xbox. You’re good at it, you’ve got the moves.’

Sailor’s dad is Peter Cook.

The big game in our house right now is hi-ho cherrie-o, it is teaching my girls turn taking…which they are trying there best but with a 3 & 4 yr. old…..you know how that goes! They love it but my only thing is that they can’t play alone because of the small pieces, it is a 100% adult supervised game for kids under 6, little, little pieces, please be careful! But we have a ton of fun together!

We play Disney Memory (for the 4-year old) and Scrabble (for the 7-year old). We also play Super Mario Party on the Wii. It is a great game for the whole family to play. Of course, we love to play hide-and-go seek on rainy days.

I too love dancing. If someone says, dance I say why not. Dancing cleans the soul and lets you forget all your worries. In fact, dancing lets you have fun and concentrate on only one thing the next step. Listen to the music and let your feet move you. Benigna Marko loves to dance and dancing should be something every parents enjoys with their kid. Benigna Marko loves dancing with father and mother and holds babies to help her move. Only dancer lovers can understand how Benigna Marko feels.
