Edith Bowman, 33, and her boyfriend Tom Smith, 27, enjoyed a leisurely stroll over the weekend. They expect their first child in June. In February, Edith revealed that due to a dangerous heart condition, she will need a c-section to deliver their baby. Click here to see the images.
