Update: Matt and Suzy Preston Hoover expecting second son

Update: Suzy has announced via her MySpace page that the couple is expecting another boy.

Originally posted March 21st:The Biggest Loser 2 stars Matt Hoover, 31, and Suzy Preston Hoover, also 31, have announced that they are expecting their second child in September.  The new baby will join the couple’s first child, son Rex Timothy, 9 months this Sunday.  Suzy stated,

We are so excited to grow our family. We have had so much fun and joy with Rex we know it will be doubly fun with two!

wow!! That was fast!! LOL, I did the same thing with my first two!! Exactly 18 months apart. Although theirs will probably be about 15 months apart!! Congrats!

Cool for them!!! I love them. I had my son the same time they did, he is 9 months too!. While I am NOT pregnant again a part of me wishes I was. My first 2 are 18 months apart and then we added one 14 months later, this is about the time I want to start trying again. But I am completely done, very happy with my 4..:)

There hasn’t been a lot of commenting on this post so I think it’s safe to ask this question without people thinking I’m asking with any judgement or whatever behind it. Are they married? I really only ask out of curiousity and because I can’t remember. I don’t watch the Biggest Loser much but I did see I think two episodes when they were on it. I also remember when it was announced that they were a couple and I thought it was too cute how they met and that they ended up together. So anyway just wondering if they were married or not.. nothing behind my question so hopefully it doesn’t start a debate or anyone thinking I’m trying to make some kind of a point

Wow, lots of celebs having babies so close together in age! Isn’t it recommended to wait at least a year for your body to recover before getting pregnant again? They will have their handsfull indeed! Congratulations to them! Glad it’s not me though…my third just turned 5 months and I couldn’t imagine being pg again so soon.

I know them personally and they are truly happy together. Rex is a cutie. The thing that I like best about Suzy and Matt is that they have hearts of gold. I am so happy about their newest sweetie to come. I can’t wait to meet the newest Hoover.

I sent in a tip on Matt & Suzy Hoover, but I’m not sure if it went through as I used to receive an auto-generated email once a tip was received by CBB.

Anyways, Matt and Suzy both blog on http://www.bestlifedesign.com. In one of Suzy’s post dated August 30th, she mentioned that she is 37 weeks pregnant.

Matt’s blogs have also revealed some information about the pregnancy/couple. Their new son will be named Jax. In addition, this looks to be the last child for the couple as Matt has underwent a vasectomy.

I love the story of how they met on Biggest Loser and watched each other go through some major life changes. Now to see them married with children is wonderful. I wish them nothing but the best in life!
