        &lt;p&gt;I agree 100% with the last part of this post, about how staying active during the pregnancy is crucial to bouncing back. I&#039;ve never been skinny and have a tendency to gain weight, so knowing that I exercised throughout my pregnancy and am one of the those who credit breastfeeding with helping to lose the weight so quickly - all 30lb I gained in 2 weeks, losing an extra 5lb after 3 weeks. So after this happened to me I&#039;m not surprised or even offended (like I&#039;ve seen some people get) about how fast celebrities are back in shape. &lt;/p&gt;
