Detroit Red Wings' Brad Stuart and wife welcome a son

Brad Stuart, who plays defense for the Detroit Red Wings, and his wife Melissa welcomed son Logan Michael Stuart on Wednesday, April 23rd.  The 28-year-old reported,

I was glad I was able to be there. The Wings were awesome letting me go and making sure I was there and everything was ok. I really appreciate that. I probably can’t explain how much I appreciate it.

Logan is the couple’s first child together; they also raise Melissa’s child from a previous relationship.

Congratulations to them! Although this would be the couple’s first child. Stuart’s wife already had a daughter before they were dating/married.

This is their second son together. Logan’s older brother Jake would be disappointed that he has been forgotten.
