CBB Celebrates Mother's Day

Mother’s Day is around the corner, warn the husbands! And on that note, we’ll be running some gift guide suggestions for Mother’s Day on CBB.

We’d also like to hear what your ideal Mother’s Day gift would be, in terms of tangible gifts, services (like a massage, facial, cleaning service, etc.), a day without the kids, a day with YOUR mother, etc. Also share what you have asked/hinted to your husband that you would like.

I could not imagine a mother’s day WITHOUT my kids!! My perfect mother’s day would be a long weekend at any fabulous Four Seasons Resort with my husband and two little girls!! (Complete with spa services!!)

I’d definitely go for the Aveda “Serenity” package. I love Aveda’s emphasis on natural products! [Note: this website lists Southern locations, but there are Aveda Institutes all over the country.]

I love the Legacy Keeper by Marcia Cross at Hallmark. I hope to record my Grandmother, and mom, My girls’ Gigi and Grandma. It will be very special for them to have.

I have been hinting heavily to my husband that I would like a necklace from Lisa Leonard (http://lisaleonardonline.com/index.html) with my daughter’s name on it that way she is always close to my heart. Lisa makes beautiful necklaces and I hope my husband gets the hint.
